Hello, I'm Ben Carpenter, Director of Marketing and wearer of several different hats at Camera West, as well as Managing Editor at Tools of Time. I'm drawn to the kinds of tools that get better with use, especially Leica M cameras and mechanical watches, and I've recently been falling for film and the slower, more deliberate way it asks you to see. When not at my desk, I'm happiest enjoying the outdoors and exploring new places, usually by bike, whether that's a long ride in the mountains or a casual spin through town. A camera is almost always within reach.
