During the initial weekend of October, Leica Store San Francisco organized a two-day workshop titled Based on A True Story with Gus Powell. The workshop commenced with a thorough review of portfolios submitted by the participants. Subsequently, it delved into exercises centered on storytelling and sequencing, ultimately concluding with collaborative classroom editing assignments that seamlessly merged text, image, and design. We express our sincere appreciation to all the attendees who graced us with their presence and had the privilege of collaborating with Gus. Gus’s solo exhibition, Lonely Car Company, will remain on view until October 21, 2023.
